Mr. Bradley Pippin

Inducted: 2024

Service and Career
Mr. Bradley Pippin’s Army career is marked by visionary analysis and leadership across force design, campaign assessment, and program evaluation.

At HQDA-G8-PAED, he simultaneously managed two critical roles: lead analyst for the Army’s $22 billion annual Research, Development, and Acquisition Program and Army Aviation Program Analyst. As Senior Campaign Assessment Analyst with MNC-I JFEC, he gained recognition as one of the leading assessment experts in theater, building frameworks that informed senior commander decision-making during OIF and OEF and training deploying analysts in assessment methodologies.

Mr. Pippin also led the Army of 2020 analysis, the most significant force design effort since the adoption of the two-battalion BCT structure in 2005. His methodology provided the analytic basis for SecArmy and CSA decisions on Army adaptation. Later, as TRAC-FLVN Principal Analyst, he shaped end-strength analysis and, as TRAC-FLVN Director, managed a program of analysis valued at over $72 billion annually. Under his leadership, TRAC-FLVN executed 20–30 major analytic efforts per year on an $18 million budget, directly informing senior Army and DoD acquisition and force structure decisions.

“Mr. Pippin’s analytic vision and leadership ensured the Army’s most critical modernization and force design decisions were rooted in rigorous, innovative analysis.”
