MG John G. Ferrari (USA, Ret.)
John G. Ferrari served in the U.S. Army for 32 years, with senior assignments in resource analysis, readiness, operational planning, and command.

His assignments included leading Army Program Analysis and Evaluation, commanding White Sands Missile Range, overseeing programs for NATO Training Mission-Afghanistan, and strategic planning for CJTF-7 in Iraq. He also served with Army Materiel Command and the 2nd and 3rd Cavalry Regiments. His joint and interagency work included contingency operations on the Joint Staff and program examination at the White House Office of Management and Budget.

The 2025 AORS biography also records post-Army work at the American Enterprise Institute and QOMPLX.

  • Computer science bachelor's degree, United States Military Academy.
  • MBA in finance and strategic management, Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
  • Master's degree in national resource strategy and policy, Industrial College of the Armed Forces.
