MTF exterior doors open at 0645 and lock at 1600. Staff will be available to assist during these hours.

Eating Area
The MTF does not have a food service provider but includes an eating area on the first floor where you may bring your own food. Visitors are encouraged to use this space and are reminded to clean up after themselves. Paper towels and cleaner are provided at the entrance to the cafeteria area.

- ⚠️ Note: Microwaves and refrigerators are not available for general guest use at the MTF. Please plan packed lunches accordingly.

Parking at the MTF
Attendees should drive beyond the Mallette Training Facility (MTF) and park in front of the building or across Reconnaissance Street.
If the front lot is full, a pedestrian bridge provides direct access from the overflow lot across Reconnaissance Street to the main entrance.

Notice of Filming and Photography
Please be advised that during the Army Operations Research Symposium photography, audio, and video recording may occur. Please ensure your Common Access Cards are put away and not visible. These photographs and recordings may be used for news releases, live streaming via the web, inclusion on websites, social media, and other purposes. Photographs may be used to promote similar events in the future, highlight AORS and its exhibits, and for recruiting purposes. While there will be photographers on site, taking personal photographs or videos is prohibited on Aberdeen Proving Ground.
Registration and Check-in
All attendees must check in at the registration table the first day of your arrival for accountability at the 64th Annual AORS. We kindly ask you return your badge to the “Badge Return” bins upon closure of the symposium.
Notice to Foreign Nationals
All foreign nationals will be issued an escort required badge for the event and will remain with their escort while on the installation. All badges and credentials must be turned in for accountability purposes upon closure of the symposium.
Cellular and Wi-Fi Service
Cellular service is available within the MTF along with enhanced Wi-Fi services to support this year’s hybrid platform. Starlink support is being brought to AORS 2026 by our analytic partners at the U.S. Army Test and Evaluation Command (ATEC).
Protection of information
All content, talking points and comments during AORS will remain at a public release level. At no time should information shared go beyond that classification level. During Q&A sessions in working groups, no one is obligated to answer questions from audience or members of the working group if the answer to the question would go beyond public releasable information.
