• Directed the Cost and Operational Effectiveness Analyses (COEAs) for cornerstone systems including the Patriot Missile (PAC-III), the Army Tactical Missile System (ATACMS), and the Advanced Field Artillery Tactical Data System (AFATDS), ensured multi-billion-dollar acquisition programs were grounded in objective, data-driven analysis.
